[關於鍾成達]

1971年生,北投人,祖父是二胡樂師,父親是吉他手、鋼琴師,弟弟則是音樂圈內知名吉他手鍾成虎。職業樂師20多年。阿達從來沒上過一堂鼓的課,完全自摸自學,13歲時跟著父親開始在那卡西做場打鼓, 18、19歲上場彈吉他,當兵退伍後開始在Piano bra 彈keyboard…這期間經歷近十年六次音樂革命,父親說過「一樣通百樣通」因此阿達身上有了多樣性音樂風格,身兼製作人、編曲、作曲、演出者。另自行研發一套全世界絕無僅有的鼓組,結合傳統八音鼓與西洋爵士鼓的「達鼓七代」!

高中時期開始組樂團表演,北投人,而因緣際會的接觸到北投那卡西。

高中時期(民國72年) ,北投那卡西行業蓬勃,因而開始投入那卡西樂手的工作。當時那卡西樂團的配制是一個吉他手、一個鼓手、一個歌手,稱為三人組,由於玩過西洋歌曲樂風,覺得只有一把吉他的聲響有點空洞,於是就把吉他效果器帶入那卡西樂團,增加彈唱較豐富的效果,在當時也帶領起這樣的風潮。

民國79年電子琴盛行於那卡西樂團界,在順著潮流改變下,轉換成琴師,此時那卡西的行業也開始走下坡,漸漸從原來的三人組合的那卡西樂團,變成了二人組(琴師與歌手)。那卡西的音樂文化是一種在地的味道,雖然至今已非常少見,但仍然致力於此工作中。

[About Nakasi and Beitou]

Zhong Cheng-Da and Liu Sheng-Ji are two professional musicians who have witnessed and been taking part in the declining Nakasi culture developed locally in Beitou. Nakasi is the term borrowed from the Japanese word, Nagashi, which refers to “flow.” It describes the migratory lifestyle of Nakasi musicians, who performed and travelled from place to place during the years of prosperity when Nakasi can been seen in every hot spring hotel resort, and restaurant. This style of music and composition of bands are fading after the change of the entertainment industry and socio-economy after 1990s. Zhong Chen-Da and Liu Sheng-Ji will tell the stories of the faded Naksi culture through their talk and unplugged performance in the traditional suite and tatami salon area in the evening on Novemebr 23rd. This is the first and exclusive opportunity to appreciate the beauty and history of Nakasi in Beitou.
